7Seas fishing was addictive for about a week for me. I recently tried it again and ran into all sorts of problems. I wonder how quick the addiction wears off for you.

Well, the addiction seems to have disappeared completely today lol

However I think I am now sated by watermelons so I may get back to it.

What were the problems?

Thanks, Peter, a salutary tale. It sounds like I should put out the update package thing in the fishing area. Or it may be a complete waste of people's time and I get rid of it - but I'll give it a chance. I have this vague idea that I'll think of an educational purpose for it before the start of the semester, but this might be delusion.

I am certain a lection on addiction and competitiveness can be derived from it. The "just one more cast" was a running joke when I actively pursued it.

Also you can make your own fish and have the system distribute it. So a building class might be fun?

The blog of Sheila Yoshikawa on her adventures in Second Life. This may be very thrilling. Or possibly not.
